Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who left us to examine their rugs before stepping in and answering our questions. Great selection of sizes and colours and we found their rugs to be of excellent quality and at an attractive price. Highly recommend.

Not only this place is well organized that makes it easy for customers to browse rugs/carpets but I am so impressed by the staff, especially 'Nitin' who helped us choose a rug and gave us maintenance tips and was simply so patient and jolly to deal with. It is too early for me to comment on our experience with the product but so far so good.
