Order Processing
- Please allow up to 3 business days for our team to process your order after it has been placed. We will verify stock availability and notify you if there are any delays in production or shipping.
Special Orders
- Once your special order is confirmed online, we will place the order with the manufacturer. Special orders may take approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive at our warehouse. The product(s) will then be shipped to you within 7 days of reaching our warehouse. Please note that these are estimated times, and delays outside our control may occur. We will inform you if there are any issues with your order.
Return Policy for Online and In-Store Purchases
- If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item(s), provided they are in stock. Some exclusions apply (see below). Original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items, which must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
- All sales are final for special order items. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed.
Area Rug Exchange Policy
- Rugs are eligible for exchange within 15 days of delivery or pickup. Customers are responsible for shipping fees, but there are no restocking charges.
- To qualify for an exchange, rugs must be returned in brand-new, unused condition: free of stains, odors, and exposure to pets. Items are inspected upon return, and if they do not meet these conditions, the exchange will not be processed.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@glarashop.ca. If your exchange is approved, we will provide a shipping label (shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility) and instructions on how to return your package. Items sent without an exchange request will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns on:
- Assembled or modified items
- Items without original packaging
- Custom-made or special order items
- Mattresses, accessories, and clearance items
Measurement Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for accurately measuring doorways, hallways, and room dimensions to ensure the furniture will fit. Returns will not be accepted due to incorrect measurements, so please measure carefully.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please note the issue upon delivery and send photos to info@glarashop.ca or call 778-782-3875 within 48 hours.
- Colors and textures may appear differently on screens or under various lighting conditions, which is not considered a defect.
Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing info@glarashop.ca. We will send a confirmation email once the cancellation is approved. Deposits for special order items are non-refundable, while deposits for in-stock items can be refunded within 72 hours of payment.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation.
